Artist's Biography

Milan Lunagariya belongs from Laxmipur village of Jamnagar district, Gujarat. As farming is the primary occupation of most of the Indian villages, so, the peoples of Laxmipur also depends on farming for their living, belonging from such place he believes and chooses to being connected to his roots rather than getting dispersed in modern society. As he witnessed the farmer’s hard work and their devotion toward their land and as he was always connected with the Process and effort from his entity so he chooses to represent their lives. This is the trials and tribulation of Indian agriculture, its roles in contemporary globalization, and its questionable ecological practices that created a foundation for his explorations. Now he is Staying and practicing from Vadodara.
